The College of Transfiguration NPC is a registered Non-Profit Company (registration number 2006/000074/08) in terms of the Companies Act 2008.
Further to that, the College meets the requirements of the Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) as set out in section 30(3) of the Income Tax Act No 58 of 1962 (the Act).
